Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly identified on the quote sent from the team via our accounting system. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, the size of the order, and the delivery service used. Brisbins primarily delivers within the Brisbane metropolitan area and surrounding regions using our own transport. Across Australia we partner with multiple carriers to ensure competitive rates are sourced.

Local Delivery
For orders within our local delivery zone, we will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Large or bulky items, such as wheelie bins, may require additional handling or delivery coordination.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers. All deliveries must be to a physical address where someone can receive the goods.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. If applicable, tracking information will be provided by the courier/transport service used.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Brisbins is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@brisbins.com.au with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will investigate the issue and work with you toward a resolution in conjunction with the shipping provider.

Delivery Delays
Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather events, supply shortages, or courier delays. Brisbins will communicate any significant shipping delays and provide updates as available.
