Delivery

Brisbane Metro: $85 per delivery*
Covers Brisbane’s inner and immediate suburbs (roughly within a 40-minute drive of the CBD).

Outer Brisbane & Regional Fringe: $105 per delivery*
Covers outer metro and nearby regional areas (roughly 40–70 minutes from the CBD).

Extended Regional (incl. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast & Tweed Heads): $135 per delivery*
Covers further-out regional areas, including the Gold Coast, Tweed Heads and Sunshine Coast (roughly 70+ minutes from the CBD).

Delivery fee to be confirmed
For addresses outside the postcode areas listed above, or for orders with mixed bin sizes in the same delivery, your delivery fee will be confirmed by our team based on your order and location.

*Maximum number of bins per delivery will differ per bin size

Returns

If you ordered the wrong bins or require a different type of bin, we are happy to accept returns. Please note returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and exclude delivery costs.

Warranty

Brisbins supplies new and used goods. All new bins are covered for manufacturing defects. Claims must be made at the time of receipt or within 24 hours. Please note handling marks are not covered.

All used bins are sold as fit for purpose and in clean condition with no major defects, splits, or structural cracks. Claims must be made at the time of receipt or within 24 hours.
