Products & Specifications

How do I choose the right sized Bin? +

Match size to weekly waste volumes, collection frequency and access. 240L-360L suit smaller generators or point-of-use; 500L works well where a 4-wheel bin must still move through doorways; 660L and 1100L suit docks and shared bin rooms. We can review your site plan and contractor requirements with you.

What is the difference between a 660L and 1100L bin? +

Both are 4-wheel, heavy-duty commercial bins. An 1100L bin offers maximum capacity; a 660L bin has a shorter depth for tighter spaces. Specifications and options, including wheel types and rotation plates, are listed on each product page.

What are the typical dimensions and footprint clearances for each bin size? +

Sizing and footprint details are available on each product page. As a guide, allow a little extra clearance around the bin so it steers safely through doorways, corridors and gates. For back-of-house areas, check corridor widths, thresholds, lift cars and turning space. If access is tight, share a site plan and we will confirm the best bin size and manoeuvring space for your operation.

What is a rotator plate and when do I need one? +

A rotation plate lets a forklift safely tip a 4-wheel bin - useful for on-site consolidation or where a truck lifter is not used. We supply rotation plates for compatible sizes and can pre-install if required.

Are your bins compatible with DIN lifters and standard collection vehicles? +

Where specified, our 240L, 360L and 660L bins are compatible with DIN comb lifters used by many rear-loader contractors. If your contractor uses a different interface, tell us and we will confirm compatibility.

What colours are available, and can I colour-code by waste stream? +

Yes - a wide range of colours is available on selected sizes, and we can advise standard colour coding for general waste, commingled recycling, organics and paper.

What add-ons are available (locks, vermin lids, bottle-hole lids, rosettes, spare wheels/axles)? +

Common options include lock tabs, vermin-proof lids for selected sizes, bottle-hole lids and rosettes for recycling, and replacement wheels, lid pins and axles. We will specify compatible parts by bin size.

What are the materials and UV/chemical resistance properties? +

HDPE construction with resistance to UV, heat, frost and common chemicals is standard across the commercial range. This supports long service in Brisbane’s climate.

Do you offer custom branding and serial numbering +

Custom branding is available on selected products. If you require serial numbering, let us know and we will confirm options at quote stage.

What is the largest wheelie bin size commonly used in Brisbane? +

1100L is the largest common mobile wheelie bin for commercial sites. It provides maximum capacity for docks and shared bin rooms.

Ordering, Delivery & Aftercare

How do I place an order and what information do you need to size my bins correctly? +

Send a Quick Quote or call with your waste types, estimated volumes, collection frequency, access widths and any special requirements such as locks or branding. We will confirm the right sizes and accessories, and provide a formal quote. Or you can order straight through the website!

Do you deliver to multi-site locations across Brisbane and SEQ? +

Yes - we regularly supply multiple locations across Brisbane and nearby areas. Tell us your site list and we will schedule deliveries and consolidate documentation.

How long does delivery usually take, and can you fast-track urgent orders? +

Delivery timing depends on stock and location. Let us know your deadline - we will confirm the earliest available delivery window and advise any fast-track options. Standard delivery to inner Brisbane is available, with fees confirmed at quote.

What happens on delivery day - do bins arrive assembled? +

We will agree access and placement, and deliver ready for use wherever practical. If any components are supplied separately for transport reasons, we will let you know in advance and provide simple fit-off guidance.

Can you take away or recycle old bins? +

Yes - ask about our buy-back and trade-in options for eligible bins. We can incorporate this into your quote.

Do you stock spare parts and perform repairs? +

We stock common parts including wheels, castors, axles, lid pins, locks and replacement lids. For repairs, we can supply parts and advice - if the shell is cracked or structurally compromised, replacement is usually the safest option.

How do I look after my bins to extend their life? +

Keep lids closed, avoid overloading, rinse with mild detergent, and store out of direct heat where possible. Check wheels and pins periodically and replace worn parts early to prevent damage.

What should I do if a bin or component arrives damaged? +

Contact us straight away - claims for manufacturing defects must be made on receipt or within 24 hours. We will organise a remedy based on the warranty terms.

Can you work to a set budget or provide volume pricing? +

Yes - we can suggest size mixes to meet a budget and provide volume pricing for multi-unit orders. Many items include price breaks for 5+ units.

What is included in your quote and what is typically excluded (delivery, branding setup, accessories)? +

Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. Card and bank transfer are common options, with trade accounts available where applicable.
